QUESTIONS or WISH TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Maria will be glad to answer any questions you may have and help you with your doll needs. If you would like to place an order, the fastest way would be to order through my web site.  Mailing address and email address are listed below. The following forms of payment are accepted: money orders, VISA/MC/DISCOVER/AMERICAN EXPRESS.  All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Small tiny tots are sometimes shipped through US Priority Mail.  Orders outside the State of Utah are not charged sales tax.

TO PREORDER A DOLL:
1. You can leave a credit card on file to have your doll charged & shipped automatically upon arrival. Your order will be with the first dolls shipped out; or

2. You can put a $ 25.00 non-refundable deposit down to hold your doll (this will be applied to the final price of the doll). However, you will be contacted once all credit card orders have been shipped; the $ 25.00 will only hold your preorder for 1 week once the doll is in stock.

POLICIES:

I WILL MEET OR BEAT NETWORK SHOPPING PRICES!!

LAYAWAY POLICY:
1. Only 2 dolls may be placed on layaway at a time.
2. Dolls may be placed on layaway for no longer than 2 months.
3. 1/2 of the total layaway amount is required down.
4. After 2 months, layaways not paid on will be returned to stock without notification. Any payments will remain as shop credit, and no future layaways will be allowed.
5. Tiny Tots cannot be placed on layaway; dolls on sale for more than 15% off cannot be placed on layaway.

RETURN POLICY:

NO REFUNDS
SHOP CREDIT ONLY!

Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of doll.

I will not be able to accept returns of dolls removed from original packaging.

Sorry, dolls on clearance may not be returned & do not qualify for layaway.
